We're pleased to offer country style cooking with a modern flare. In addition to barbeque staples like brisket, sausage and spare ribs, we also prepare moist, tender turkey and chicken. For a taste of something different try our many variations of pork tenderloin, either whole loins, or individual tenderloin pockets stuffed with fresh herbs and spices. Or for something really different, bite into our tender, juicy ham, studded with Jalapeno peppers and glazed with brown sugar.
In addition to serving a variety of sandwiches from our location at 1209 E. Central (in front of Comanche Appliance), Comanche, Texas, three days a week we are also prepared to meet a wide range of catering needs. From pit smoked barbeque products, to a buffet line of down-home country cooking we can fill your order to a "T"!
